UNION HOUSE THEATRE TAKEOVER

UMSU, University of Melbourne
We have taken over the Union Theatre. The stage, the seating bank, the orchestra pit, and the places that are hidden out of sight.

We have been provided with two lists: a small list of things we cannot do, and a much longer list of things we can.

Using these lists, Pony Cam and a group of radical students have created an immersive performance for one night only. This is our attempt to communicate the stories, mysteries, and truths that live inside this brand new building.

You will be asked to trust a stranger.
You will be taken care of.
You will be guided into spaces you’ve never seen.
